We need a high end product designer with excellent engineering/cad skills to help design a baby stroller/pram. Ideally person will have been actively involved in this sector and can demonstrate real achievements with an entrepreneurial spirit. Knowledge of light weight materials, ergonomics etc would be useful.

Employer have allocated budget for this project but you can increase or decrease bidding amount based on requirements.
