I need an email service that allows us to purchase around 50,000 emails a month. We are running a campaign that will send out news letters to prospective clients. We have developed a template on Word. We will provide the content and the list. We are looking for a good service that provides us with a report of open rate, bounce rate, etc.

Employer have allocated budget for this project but you can increase or decrease bidding amount based on requirements.
