WE NEED A VERY HIGH QUALITY CODE, well separated, easily modified. 
This is actually 2 identical apps which we will use for our own business - so we will be changing mostly the name/graphics of each to make them fit each biz.

If you are someone who is reskinning code after buying it off the app store I would like to know this upfront - I like full transparency. 

All content and graphics, story boards ARE ready for BOTH apps. (again - one app which I can easily swap out database and graphics on.)

Payment will be in quarters, upon signed contract w my LLC & nondisclosure to begin,  and all source code delivered and apple approval, bugs worked out etc prior to final payment.

We will eventually need a detailed estimate showing each functional area and the number of days it will take to design, develop and test. Is that possible?

Do you provide a password protected location for us to download and install our app regularly during development?
