I would like a wordpress website designed as per a theme that I will provide, the theme will be based on another website.I need an expert in wordpress theming who can also produce the required image assets, experience in graphic design is needed.The final website page structure will be approximatly 30-40 pages, I require you to upload and style text content as per my direction.I require the content to be editable, and the structure of the pages to be flexible for future editing using the content management system built into wordpress as well as the visual composer plugin.

Employer have allocated budget for this project but you can increase or decrease bidding amount based on requirements.
