Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or using the Skills On Click website. By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after the required fee (or applicable instalment) is paid and registration details are submitted.
• Course fees, syllabus, batch timings and offers displayed on the website are indicative and may change; the latest fee applicable at the time of enrollment will apply.
• Seats in a batch are limited and allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. Fees & Payment

• Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.
• EMI / instalment options, where available, must be paid on the agreed dates; access to classes may be paused for delayed payments.
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy (if applicable) or as required by law.
• Prices are in INR; students from outside India should convert fees to their local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

3. Attendance & Conduct

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and complete assignments on time.
• Recorded sessions, where provided, are for personal learning only and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct towards trainers, staff, or fellow students may lead to suspension or termination of training, without a refund.

4. Placement Support

• Where placement support is offered, it includes resume building, mock interviews, and referrals to hiring partners - it is support, not a guaranteed job offer.
• Placement eligibility criteria (course duration, attendance, assessment performance, etc.) mentioned during counselling must be met to avail placement support.
• Final hiring decisions rest solely with the recruiting company.

5. Certificates

Course completion certificates are issued only after satisfactory completion of the course, assignments, and any assessments as applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All course material, presentations, recordings, and website content are the intellectual property of Skills On Click and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to update website content, course offerings, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and quality training, Skills On Click is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our training, website, or reliance on placement support.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
